May is the season of harvest.
The company has once again achieved success in the field of technological research and development - LPMS has obtained three national utility model patent certificates, covering three core technological directions: battery cell molding, earphone battery molding, and assembly structure. From mold development to product structure, a complete technological closed loop has been formed.
Patent 1: A low pressure molding mold for battery cells. Patent No.: ZL 2025 2 1438492.2
A low pressure mold set for battery cells, featuring an upper mold with a bottom surface equipped with an upper cavity. An installation slot perpendicular to the upper surface is set on the cavity, and a discharge hole is opened at the bottom of the slot to connect with a hot runner. The hot nozzle is installed inside the slot, with its top wall flush with the top wall of the upper mold. The hot runner connects to the material supply system through the hot nozzle. This design utilizes the internal space of the mold to install the hot nozzle, effectively reducing the exposed volume, saving space, while limiting the position and movement of the hot nozzle, and supporting the hot nozzle to prevent deformation.

Patent 2: A low-voltage molding mold for earphone batteries
Patent No.: ZL 2025 2 1221440.X
An earphone battery low pressure molding mold set, comprising an upper mold, a lower mold, and a mold block. The mold block is equipped with a limiting slot for mounting a circuit board and a cavity for housing an battery cell. Both ends of the battery cell are reserved with injection molding slots, and the top wall is equipped with a runner slot connecting the injection molding slots. The circuit board separates the injection molding slot and the limiting slot, and the cavity is equipped with a connecting slot connecting the two injection molding slots and facing the battery cell connection piece. During injection molding, the molten material fills the injection molding slot through the runner slot to form the battery cover, simultaneously completing the assembly and reinforcement of the cover, simplifying the process and improving efficiency.

Patent 3: An earphone battery assembly structure
Patent No.: ZL 2025 2 1096765.X
An earphone battery assembly structure, wherein the battery is equipped with an integrated injection-molded part, including a negative cover that encapsulates the negative terminal, a positive cover that encapsulates the positive terminal and retains a through hole for connecting to the circuit board's contact piece, and a connecting part that fits snugly onto the contact piece. The three components are injection-molded as one unit, with the connecting part tightly fitting onto the contact piece, preventing the negative cover and the positive cover from moving away from each other. This not only isolates the contact piece but also restricts the position of the two covers, significantly enhancing the overall structural stability.

Patents are not only a recognition of the technical capabilities of the R&D team, but also a powerful testament to the company's strategy of "driving products with technology and safeguarding development with patents".
Innovation never stops, and our steps never falter.
In the future, the company will continue to increase its R&D investment, make continuous breakthroughs in the fields of low pressure molding and molds, and create value for customers with more core technologies.
Thank you to every R&D partner for your dedication, and I look forward to seeing your name on the next patent certificate.
